Instructions for using the App

Open the welcome email and click on the "Set new password" link. Enter a new password that will be used to access the App (NOT your email or Google/iOS account password).

Download the App from the Play Store / App Store links. Suggestion: use a device that is for exclusive use of the App.

Run the App and select the UK flag to change the language. Then enter your login details: your email address and the password entered in point 1.

Optional: If you do not remember your password, or if the link to set your password in the welcome email has expired, enter your email address and click on "I forgot my password".

Authenticate your identity with one of the screen unlock methods available on your phone: Pattern, Password, Fingerprint or Face recognition.

ATTENTION: You must have at least one of these methods configured on your device in order to continue.

On the main page, select "Audio only for testing".

You can change your personal details on the Profile page, and change the language to English if you did not do so at login.

Listen to the audio and check that it is loud and clear.

Check the battery level and connection to networks so as not to be interrupted. Enable Airplane Mode or alternatively disable WiFi and mobile data. If necessary, activate Bluetooth to connect to a portable speaker, otherwise connect the audio cable to the speaker.
